Booking online will be for existing patient's only for NHS Examinations or Urgent or Unscheduled care.

Please note: due to the extreme increase in demand, the timeframe between your initial examination and the treatment could be up to 6 months - patients will be placed on a waiting list once they have seen the clinician.

​

The booking portal will allow you to book directly with one of our Dental Therapists for an NHS examination only or an Urgent or Unscheduled care appointment - please note, the booking system for urgent or unscheduled slots  are for this reason only  - they are required for serious issues such as severe pain where painkillers have not worked for 24 hours, bleeding from the mouth, swelling, trauma, suspected oral cancer and not for routine examinations, scaling, etc.

​If you have an existing appointment booked for treatment or with one of our Dentists, it will not show up on the portal. The portal will only show you examination appointments with the Therapists.

If you require an interpreter, please give us at least 7 days' notice so we can arrange this for you. Do not use the online portal if you will be needing interpreting services.

 

If you have an outstanding balance with us, the portal will not allow you to book online.

Please note: There is no booking fee to book online, but NHS charges will be applicable and payable on the day you come in unless you are exempt and can provide the correct documentation to the reception team.
